Summit 2 Bedroom #2 Cancellation & No Show Policy

Reservations Policy: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Online booking for check in dates within 5 days of today's date is not available. All inquiries for reservations within 5 days of arrival must be done via phone.

Payment Policy: 50% of total rent required at the time of reservation. Remaining 50% collected 30 days prior to check in. For arrivals within 30 days, total rental amount is collected at time of reservation.

Cancellation & Refunds: All Sales are final. All cancellation transactions will incur a $30.00 processing fee payable to SummitH94. Refunds are not given, however guests will receive a credit for the balance received by SummitH94 towards a future visit within one year of the original check-in date, subject to availability. An additional $150 service fee is also levied payable to Vacation-Renter.com.

Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. Removal of any items shall be treated as theft and will be reported immediately.
