Summit 2 Bedroom #2 Cancellation & No Show Policy Reservations Policy: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Online booking for check in dates within 5 days of today's date is not available. All inquiries for reservations within 5 days of arrival must be done via phone. Payment Policy: 50% of total rent required at the time of reservation. Remaining 50% collected 30 days prior to check in. For arrivals within 30 days, total rental amount is collected at time of reservation. Cancellation & Refunds: All Sales are final. All cancellation transactions will incur a $30.00 processing fee payable to SummitH94. Refunds are not given, however guests will receive a credit for the balance received by SummitH94 towards a future visit within one year of the original check-in date, subject to availability. An additional $150 service fee is also levied payable to Vacation-Renter.com. Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. Removal of any items shall be treated as theft and will be reported immediately. Vacation-Renter, Inc. Terms of Service: Vacation-Renter, Inc. makes every effort in ensuring that its listings and owner advertisements are as accurate and as current as possible. Vacation-Renter, Inc. cannot be responsible for inaccurate or out-dated information as it is provided to them by the owner/property manager. Vacation-Renter, Inc. shall not be responsible for objection to the location, condition or suitability of purpose of the property, or "renter's remorse". Vacation-Renter, Inc. shall not be responsible for any fees incurred by traveler, including but not limited to; airline/airfare cancellation/fee changes, rental car reimbursements event tickets, all other travel costs, due to owner negligence resulting in a double-booked, changed or cancelled reservation. Any additional damage, cleaning, or rental deposits required by the owner as advertised are not collected by Vacation-Renter, Inc. and therefore are not eligible for reimbursement. All such claims and subsequent disputes must be filed with the property owner/ manager directly. |
