Description: This spacious town home condominium is located at the charming Chateau Blanc complex on Chateau Road in the southeast corner of Mammoth Lakes town. You are a short walk away from several major shopping centers, cinemas, and days spas. Guests are steps away to Mammoth's favorite restaurants such as Grumpy's, Ocean Harvest, & Roberto's. The property is located directly on the Red-Line bus route to the Canyon and the Main Lodge (winter only/free) at the base of the ski area. This unit has also just been newly renovated and remodeled in European modern style. The town home is furnished beautifully with modern designer furniture and equipped with brand new top of the line Kitchen appliances and state of the arts Philip stark bathroom fixtures. There are three bedrooms in the condo which comfortably accommodates 6 people. Please note that this unit is not suitable for small children as there is an open staircase. No pets please.

Kyohi Place Cancellation & No Show Policy

Reservations Policy: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Online booking for check in dates within 5 days of today's date is not available. All inquiries for reservations within 5 days of arrival must be done via phone.

Payment Policy: 50% of total rent required at the time of reservation. Remaining 50% collected 30 days prior to check in. For arrivals within 30 days, total rental amount is collected at time of reservation.

Cancellation & Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not available for cancelled or changed reservations. Refunds can only be issued if rental can be re-rented. A $150 service charge will be applied.

Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. Removal of any items shall be treated as theft and will be reported immediately.
